VOLUNTEER AT THE FIRST SHIP FESTIVAL!

Four days of conference and music programs, six stages, forty performers, sixty speakers, and one big farewell to summer. SHIP is looking for volunteers to help us launch the first SHIP on a successful journey spanning years. And that’s why we need you!

Expect brilliant concerts by bands that will soon become internationally renowned, great entertainment, socializing, and getting to know European and global music professionals, learning new skills, and assisting in organizing the festival. And of course, a big farewell to summer.

What we expect from you is a strong desire to work, flexibility during the festival, and reliability. Creativity and a knack for quick problem-solving will be appreciated. Experience and language proficiency are not essential but are welcomed.

We seek volunteers in the hospitality, press centre, and emergency team (all crew) sectors. If all this sounds interesting to you, it’s because it is. Apply and enjoy with us.

Conditions and rules:

• You are over 16 years old
• Working hours from 09:00 to 03:00 in three shifts (6 hours each)
• You are punctual, organized, and responsible • Alcohol consumption is prohibited during shifts

Applications are open until September 1st, and all registered volunteers will be informed of the organizer’s decision immediately after the application period ends. The festival reserves the right to select participants.
