Zdenka Kovačiček is a towering figure in Croatian music, celebrated for her versatile vocal talent across jazz, rock, blues and soul. She began performing at a very young age in the Zagreb Youth Theatre, and by her teens, she was already developing her voice and stage presence. In the late 1960s, she transitioned into a solo career, working across Europe and returning to Croatia with a powerful reputation in jazz-rock and blues genres.
