TTI-21 is a Zagreb-based dream pop band distinguished by a sound inspired by alternative and post-punk music, electronic and dance genres, as well as contemporary psychedelic and indie styles. Their artistic expression extends beyond music itself, encompassing production, visual aesthetics, album artwork, and video concepts, allowing them to communicate ideas through multiple creative forms. In 2018, they released their first album, Destruction, and in 2020, their EP Camp – Non Camp. Record label Vmz (‘više manje zauvijek’) released “Ulična parada”, their second album containing 17 songs at the beginning of 2025.
The project was founded by Milan Savić, who began making music while studying at university and later spent five years as a member of the band Orvel before focusing on his own material. TTI-21 evolved into a full band with the addition of guitarist Stig Helmer, a long-time musician and former member of Superbrands and Orvel, and Béla Reef, whose background lies primarily in independent music-making. Together, the trio has developed a distinctive dream pop identity that blends ambient textures, electronic elements, and contemporary influences into a hypnotic and atmospheric musical experience.
