TONI STARESINIC

Toni Starešinić is a Croatian keyboardist, composer and producer best known as the founder of the band Chui. His work spans many musical worlds, from improvisation and jazz to rock, soul and electronic music, and he is regarded as one of the most original voices in the Croatian scene.

He has collaborated with major artists such as Josipa Lisac and Edo Maajka, bringing his rich harmonic language and expressive playing to their projects. Together with his wife Željka Veverec, Toni co-founded the band Mangroove, where his role as arranger and producer is central to the group’s sound. He also contributes to her solo project Je Veux, further showcasing his versatility and sensitivity as a musician.

Toni’s music is marked by a deep sense of exploration, blending acoustic and electronic elements with improvisation and a strong rhythmic feel. He is known not only as a skilled instrumentalist but also as a thoughtful composer and collaborator who moves fluidly between genres.
