The path of Ogenj (”Fire”, in old Slavic, Kajkavian languages), now a 5-piece band from Koprivnica, Croatia seems constant and continuous as they are always on the road that leads them to many shows, clubs, and festivals within the region. From the beginning to the end of every year it seems that Ogenj is omnipresent, playing their hearts away. Ogenj started out a as humble acoustic ethno-folk trio in 2015. whose music is based on the traditional language and music of their Even in their humble beginnings they seemed to draw people’s attention. While slowly transforming into a live act based on good songs with an ethnic/folk/traditional flair and energetic punk rock performances, over time the band developed into a full-fledged stage controller and ended up releasing a debut album that shook the audiences and critics in their boots.
