Ocean of Another is a Croatian modern metal/metalcore band from Rijeka, founded in 2022. Fronted by vocalist Dorian Pavlović, the band is known for combining heavy, experimental sound with deeply personal and socially conscious themes. Their music explores trauma, addiction, loneliness, heartbreak and the search for hope, while their later work expands towards broader topics such as climate change, war and systemic issues.
The band has released five singles and three EPs: One Day This Pain Will Subside (2024), Remedy Sessions (2024) and Loneliness of My Kin (2025). Their acoustic cover of Slipknot’s “Snuff” gained over 1.5 million Spotify streams. Ocean of Another operates as a DIY band, handling songwriting, production, visual work and other aspects of their career collectively.
