Mor Roll is the stage name of Vedran Šilipetar, a musician and producer from Pula, Croatia. His work blends funk, soul, electronic music and world-beat influences with traditional sounds. He gained attention with the single “Ako zaželiš” (2018), introducing a retro-inspired mix of funk, R&B and jazz elements.
Inspired by time spent in Seville, he began fusing flamenco and Istrian folk motifs, most notably on the track “Katerina.” His 2022 album AndaluzIstria, recorded between Seville and Pula, combines Andalusian, North African and Istrian influences with modern production. He followed it with Moji jadi (2023), further expanding his blend of electronic and traditional instrumentation.
Mor Roll is known for his cross-cultural approach, merging Mediterranean and global sounds into a distinctive contemporary expression.
