ELEMENTAL

Elemental is a band whose musical foundation lies in rap, but it would be hard to classify them under a single genre. Their diverse musical vision includes traces of various styles, making their expression unique and original. The band is known for its sharp lyrics and intriguing instrumental arrangements, which together create the authentic Elemental sound. Elemental has never treated its music as a product, but rather as an artistic expression — a sincere and genuine approach that audiences across the region recognize and appreciate. Over the years, Elemental has performed in numerous cities across Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, North Macedonia, and Montenegro.

Although the band was formed in 1998 as a rap trio, it has since grown to seven members. They write and compose all their own music, lyrics, and arrangements, and have proven themselves as outstanding songwriters and performers. In addition to their studio work, Elemental has also built a reputation as one of the best live bands, with a strong focus on maintaining a close connection with their audience through live performances. The band communicates daily with its listeners via its website and social media — Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.

Elemental’s beginnings date back to 1998, when they started as a rap trio and released two albums in that lineup — their debut Moj, njegov i njen svijet (Kondorcomm) in 2000 and Tempo Velegrada – Demiurg (Menart) in 2002. For the past several years, they have performed as a seven-member band — an atypical setup for a rap group — replacing sampled beats with live instrumentation. In this formation, they have released five albums: Male Stvari (2004), Pod pritiskom (2008), Vertigo (2010), U redu je (2013), and the latest double album Tijelo (2016), which the band released independently.

The members of Elemental are vocalists Mirela Priselac Remi and Luka Tralić Shot, guitarist Erol Zejnilović, bassist Konrad Lovrenčić, keyboardist Davor Zanoški, drummer Ivan Vodopijec, and backing vocalist Vida Manestar.
