IVAN GROBENSKI

Ivan Grobenski is well known in Croatia’s underground, but it wasn’t until the release of the album ‘Siromahi I Lazari’ back in 2020. that he saw the light of day. The album was praised by the audiences as well as the critics, citing it as one of the best albums released in Croatia and the Balkan region in 2020. Grobenski supported the album with the help of the ‘Siromahi I Lazari Group’ which disbanded after dozens of shows including Waves Vienna and MENT Ljubljana to make way for the new ‘Apocalipstick’ record coming this October.

Grobenski is associated with acts such as Moskau, The Gentleman, Eric, Anna Moor, Dimitrije Dimitrijević, Sara Renar, Trobecove Krušne Peći and many others as well as recording and producing Klinika Denisa Kataneca and Dimitrije Dimitrijević. Grobenski also released a soundtrack for the short film ‘Odijelo’, a soundtrack for ‘Dendrotaktilia’, an audio-visual work by Bojan Koštić, and a five and-a-half-hour-long concept album ‘Bušilice’ to support an ongoing performance of the same name. He is currently a house name for the Moonlight Sessions Band.
