In early March, San Sebastián hosted numerous professionals and artists from the world of contemporary electronics as part of the Dantz Network Congress 2026. Among the selected performers in their Showcase Room program were Ivna Ji and Dvornykova, whose performances are a result of the ongoing mission to export top-quality domestic music projects to key European hubs.

The trip to Spain is the result of a collaboration between the We Move Music Croatia office and Dantz Festival, which successfully continues for the second consecutive year. Ivna Ji and Dvornykova earned this opportunity as this year’s winners of the Elector Music Journalism Award.

Ivna Ji guided the San Sebastián audience through her characteristic sonic labyrinth, skillfully blending experimental bass, broken techno, and ambient music, further cementing her reputation as one of the most intriguing artists on the scene.

On the other hand, Dvornykova, as part of a new wave of artists reshaping the house scene, demonstrated her distinct sound that skillfully merges the timeless spirit of ’80s and ’90s dance music with a contemporary club expression.

“It was a real pleasure to be part of the second Dantz Network Congress. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity and the energy people brought,” Dvornykova stated after her performance.

Beyond the performances themselves, the stay in San Sebastián was an opportunity for professional networking and exchanging experiences with colleagues from all over Europe. Our artists had the chance to see firsthand the inner workings of Dantz, which has established itself as one of the most dynamic platforms for contemporary electronic culture in Spain.

This successful export serves as further proof that Croatian electronic music stands on par with European trends, while WMMC continues its active support for musicians in their international breakthrough.
