OCHI

Ochi (Croatian for eyes) are a post-hardcore / grunge band from Croatia, formed in 2020. Their music is a chaotic journey through a harsh blend of fear, resistance, decay and acceptance accompanied by sharp riffage, greasy bass lines and ripping encores. Just like most artists, their songs are inspired by a subjective perception of past and current events.

As everything is subjective, it’s up to the listener to define his/her own perception of the Ochi’s music. The band’s first release – “Tremor” EP was released in the Summer of 2021, via Geenger Records. Currently, the band is recording their debut album, set for release in early 2023. Ochi are a warm recommendation for any fan of 90’s alternative music – bands like Deftones, Screaming Trees, Soundgarden, Queens of the Stone Age and/or Muse.
