Matej Milošev is a Croatian violoncellist, composer and songwriter from Zagreb. He is known both for his work as a classical instrumentalist and for his solo musical projects in pop and rock genres. Milošev has enriched the sound of many Croatian artists as a cellist and collaborator on studio recordings and live performances with names across the local music scene.
In 2021, he released his debut album U prolazu, which he wrote and composed, featuring vocal performances by a wide range of Croatian musicians including TBF, Jelena Radan, Luce, Tonka and Aljoša Šerić (Pavel), Dunja Ercegović, Nenad Borgudan (Detour) and Petar Beluhan. The album blends pop and rock forms with personal and expressive songwriting.
Milošev gained wider attention through collaborations such as the single “Vječni sjaj” with TBF and continued his work with notable vocals and producers. In 2023, he released the summer single “Tamo gdje te nema” with vocalist Nikolina, announcing his second studio album.
His music is often deeply personal, reflecting life experiences, and his work has been featured on national platforms including the Zagreb Festival.
