Prazna Lepinja is a band that entered the Zagreb music scene back in 2008. After initially gaining recognition through the demo scene, they solidified their lineup and began performing more widely.
In 2013, they released their (so far) only studio album, DANASUTRA.
Although they were absent from the scene for a period, they returned in 2021, selling out Zagreb’s KSET three nights in a row and performing at various festivals. From their live shows at KSET, they also released a live album, DANASUTRAPREKSUTRA.
This alternative attraction is led by the already established and charismatic musician Hiljson Mandela, whose vocals are always complemented by a commanding stage presence that captures the audience’s attention. Prazna Lepinja is a lyrically sophisticated band, and their music, infused with rock, punk, psychedelia, funk, and reggae rhythms, offers a truly distinctive musical experience.
